Terrible Telkom

Telkom Mobile offered me an upgrade to my day-to-day usage. The pitfalls of the package was not explained to me. I have been to their retail outlets twice, and have been making calls and sending e-mails for 4 weeks without any resolution to the matter. They respond that their team have resolved the matter. This without any call or feedback or changes made.
