Terrible Telkom

Telkom is incredibly useless as a company, They fail to debit you on the debit order date as they should monthly. As an honest individual you pay the bill online,after doing so they then debit your account. When you contact them for a refund they constantly inform you that the matter will be escalated to the billing department. It is now the 11th of May and after numerous calls from the 25th of April, I am still waiting for my refund and am actually informed ' you have no choice but to wait'. Absolutely terrible service. Telkom should be ashamed of themselves.
