Terrible telkom

I requested a cancellation of their services within their cycle rules, which meant I only pay for that current and month and the month thereafter. It total two months. Yet they keep billing me up to this day and even handed me over. This is my case number***9 . They have not responded to my latest request and sent me another bill!!! Absolutely terrible service. I won't be paying the bill since I have paid only what was due.
