Terrible telkom and teleserve

Hi. I am writing you as I am waiting for 6 weeks for telkom to solve my adsl and land line. Everytime I contact them I get the same answer. We will elevate your query. Have send an email elevating your query someone will contact you in the next 24 hours. Then nothing happens. I have send them multiple emails phoned them almost daily but simply get nowhere. The service is terrible and to top it all. I am in credit with them. Regards Andrew
