Terrible Telkom

If I could give it a zero rating it would. Made a complaint last week at Telkom Blueroute Mall email the manager and still no reply. They refused to give the regional or ops manager email address or contact number. Now my account is blocked and in arrears. Customer service is no help either. How long does it take for telkom to sort out my account?!
