Terrible Telkom

I have had endless issues trying to resolve an account with Telkom. Despite the many attempts I have made, I have been handed over to a debt collector. Telkom has been overcharging my account monthly and over time the account just kept added up even though they were repeatedly informed of this. I have called, emailed and tried to get assistance but to no avail. I have a clean credit record for years and because of their negligence I am at risk of being recorded as a bad payer. I find it distateful and chaotic.
