Terrible Telkom

The worst Customer service , the customer agents are useless, they constantly transfer you to the different departments, I have been transferred between 2 departments pertaining to a billing issue! No one can help you as its not their query. they messed up my account as I swopped over to 160GB LAST YEAR 2022 , yet I have been receiving 80GB. I have sent through messages on Facebook - I phoned in - all ended in nothing being done!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 please don't waste your time and money on Telkom
