Terrible telkom

I took a telkom contract… and we made arrangements for them to debit on the 26th of every month and they not debiting me… i went to the shop in greenstone to ask for bank details they printed a paper for me and when i get home there is no account numbers

Their customer care number really is useless They dont even call from their end to find out about my account
