Terrible Telkom

Without a doubt the worst cell network imaginable. Super slow WiFi and mobile data, poor coverage and even worse customer service. My contract expired last month and in light of the above, I did not want to renew and wanted my number to be prepaid so that I am switch networks. There's is no simple way to cancel a contract. I've sent emails to their cancellation service but no reply since 29.07.2020. I tries calling but all the voice prompts took me in circles and there was no contact made with a human being. One of their agents called me and I clearly said I don't want to renew but still the billing went on. It is by far the most aggravating frustrating experience ever. And there seems to be zero accountability on their part but that makes sense if you look at their poor service. I just want my contact cancelled! And my number prepaid!
