TERRIBLE TELKOM!!!!!!!!!

Telkom no longer offer ADSL in the area I stay since 31 March 2023. I have migrated to fibre on 17 March 2023, the fibre line is ready but Telkom has not provided me with a router. I have called them countless times and 80% of the time no one answers & when someone does answer they cut me off. I am fuming and it seems that there is nothing I can do about but call 10213 the whole day and hope and pray someone answers to tell me when they going to deliver my router. Please BRING MY ROUTER!!!!! Its the 12 April already almost a month????
