TERRIBLE TELKOM

<p>Telkom to say that I am disappointed in your company is putting it mildly. I have been into your branch 3 times to attempt opening up a contract. Your consultant said it was process for him to hang onto my personal documents IE: Bank statements, Pay slip, copy of ID. Like a fool I left it there because he promised he would have feedback in 3 days. After dealing with an amazing lady called MArtha at your call centre she did her absolute best to follow up with the call he logged only to find out nothing was actually logged - I was annoyed before I walked into your Gateway branch but when I left I was furious. How dare you refuse to give me back my own personal documents? What right do you have to keep them - its nit like you did anything with them! Your customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I expect a response and my documents back!</p>
