terrible telkom

I still did not get a reply from my email send to telkom. Its the usual so called "ultimate communication" for all business'. From my experience, only two out of ten mails to business' have bothered to communicate back to me. telkom - I eventually had to take a telkom shop employee, in my car, to my mother in laws old age home. let him see a frail old lady who only wants to receive calls and talk to family (she will not be able to make out going calls as she has only 80% vision). I then had take the employee back.
