Terrible TELKOM

Telkom is a ****, they service is pathetic, they will never ever return a call, took out Telkom Black Friday R150 contract, call centre agent promised to port my vodacom number (I even have the call recorded), phone and sim card comes, number is not ported, a new sim with a new number, anyway it works for a 2 weeks, then no reception (sim card doesn't work at all), till now 2nd February, call centre thinks they doing you a favour, can't help, filled the online form for call back at least 20 times now, no response, no call. Now what's worse is they say free calls to telkom landline, my vodacom and MTN calls my own house phone (landline), when I call from my telkom sim, it says the number you have called does not exist, call centre says probably the number is not telkom, I pay the bill, surely I'll know if it's telkom? And the call should still go through even if it's not telkom. Bottom line, this is the first time I've used telkom mobile, ABSOLUTE *******, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL
