Terrible telkom

I'm desperately looking for wifi so I gotta couple of quotations... Obviously telkom does not have a direct line to phone for a quote on wifi eventually they phoned me today the lady told me their deal R800 and something for a so and so line I said to her I don't need such a line the more I told her what I want the more she tried to convince me that's not what I want. I kept cool and calm and told her how much I'm willing to pay and that I got 2 other quotes and as I were telling her the prices she rudely said to me I must do whatever I want and hung up!

What a cheeeeek!!
