Terrible Telkom

To whom it may concern I'm having problems with telkom month on month and it gets worse every time. C 1st it's the internet down for 1 week then no fone lines how does a business run in this day and age with out those. Please I hope ppl read this and don't make th wrong choice in committing to telkom because to them you just a number. I would love to here how you are gonna compensate my business for all the business we have lost and tarnishing my company's image.
