Terrible Telkom!

Still battling with Telkom... Again! Even the mobile sales agent that was assisting me with my query this morning was also confused on how the billing department is doing their work. Please hire people that can actually do the job because u are confusing and frustrating South Africa. I'm done with Telkom. Can't wait for contract to end. Never coming back again! Don't need such problems in my life. Paying for things that dont exist and errors done by your *********** billing department. For such a big company, it's absolutely embarrassing.

As for the online chat agents..... I won't even say a word.... Agh!!!
