Terrible Telkom
Worst run company I’ve come across. My line has been canceled and no one can tell me why. Made arrangements to get it reinstated on the 5th and 10th of September, both times no one came out. After continues calling I managed to get someone to come out yesterday but he only reinstated the voice which I have no real interest in. I called again today and was told that a jumper cable is missing so I will have to wait for next week to get the dsl reinstated. It seems every time I call the management is always in meetings. Meetings for what? The way the company is run is a joke. No knows or has the power to do anything.

19 Sept 2018, 10:47Hi. The tech did come out yesterday and reinstated the dsl but to a 2mb line instead of the 10mb that I had. Now when I call the call Center they say I’m only able to get a 2mb or a 4mb line but I was on 10mb before they canceled my line. I need the 10mb line back.
