Terrible Telkom...
I have FREE Me data bundles and i cannot send or receive WhatsAPP messages. I called the consultants and they tried telling me to do certain settings changes and even had to take the sim card to a different phone but nothing. Like with the consultants unable to help me what should i do, port my number to a different network altogether? because i often use MTN via the Telkom (because most of the time Talkom doesn't have proper coverage).
