Terrible telkom

I am absolutely livid with telkom. I cancelled my account last year August firstly they did not ackwledge receipt of my cancellation and only confirmed receipt in September they then wanted to bill me 30 days notice from September! When I had sent my cancellation beggining August

Not to mention the entire month of July my telkom wifi service was not working so they wanted me to pay for a service that I wasn't using.

My dispute carried on for months they then sent me a bill in november 2017 stating that I owe them 1148 for the opening fee of joining telkom I sent bank statement proving I had paid the join up fee and every monthly installment. They notified me that the amount returned unpaid , I checked with my bank and the money was never returned to me as there is no credit back into my account for that money.

They were harassing me about payment through their attorneys at nudebt I sent all my bank statements and proof thereof even showing them that telkom actually owes me a credit of plus minus 200 I informed them to investigate with their bank and to stop harassing me

While under dispute and investigation telkom has gone and listed me on ITC for their error .I now cannot sort out my own personal financials because of their error and when I sent emails i did not get a response. I am now trying to resolve the matter on telkom care facebook page and they are asking for and IP address etc which I no longer have that is why I sent my reference number , name and ID number.

No one seems to be able to assist me I have sent emails to numerous email addresses with all my proof of payment. All I request is an updated statement showing my balance has been paid in full and for them to remove me off the ITC listing.

Honestly telkom how can you list someone while their account is under investigation from your side and still not even notify your customer of such a listing!

Terrible service I would not recommend telkom to anyone
