TERRIBLE TELKOM

It has been over 3 weeks that our landline has not been working. This after it was fixed 2 times in the last few months. The problem is recurring on a month to month basis now and its really annoying. Every month the line dies, a call is logged to fix the problem, the technician who goes to the site always says a different technician is needed as he/she doesn't have the tools to fix the problems. Days go by and no technician ever arrives. When the technician does arrive, a long term solution is never prioritized. The technicians always do a quick fix and leave, and the problem occurs again within a few weeks again. It is now 3 weeks since the line has been dead. Not a single call or technician has come to address the matter. When phoning 10210, we are forced to hold for long periods of time and then the person who answers simply says there is nothing he/she can do to assist as they are not technicians and they cant fix hings through the phone. When asking to speak to the manager or supervisor, the agent made silly remarks while pretending to look for the supervisor without realizing that she had not placed me on hold. When i told her i heard that she said " I am an annoying man looking for someone to talk to" etc she simply hung up. Telkom have still billed us for full months rentals despite not having the service available for majority of the month. No apologies for the delays or anything is ever received for the service or lack thereof. Telkom has always been a burden to deal with regardless of what you are seeking. Legal action is certainly required against this *********** company and its staff. No matter which social media platform one looks on, there are more bad reviews about Telkom than anything else.
