Terrible technical service

<p>Almost a month ago I contatcted Telkom for an installation of a telephone line and it still hasn't been done. Despite many phone calls and many promises they simply just have not been able to acomplish the order placed with them. The service level of the staff on the phone line in Telkom is commendable, but the service of the technicians is appalling. They have arived at my home on three seperate days and still could not understand what it is I have requested, despite many explanantions via myself as well as people from Telkom it self. Terrible service. If there was another company that could do what I have requested I would use them in a heartbeat because it is unacceptable as a paying customer to have to make so many calls and explanations and to recieve such terrible service for a simple order. The technicians arrive and simply roam around the house and then will leave saying they need to speak to the superviser and then never return. I have had three different technicians at my house in the last three weeks and not one of them has made the effort to install the order as I requested. This is unacceptable and i would not advise people to go through Telkom due to this level of service and difficulty.</p>
