Terrible Store Condition in Umlazi - Mega City

I am so disappointed and appalled by the poor working conditions you have your staff working under in your Mega City, Umlazi, store. That store has been there for a long time and there is no aircon and it is scorching hot. I was there this past Saturday and Sunday and if it weren't for Samukelisiwe's pleasant attitude when assisting me, I would have walked out. I cannot believe that you have people working all day under such conditions because it's a black area. You guys want our money but you don't want us. That store needs air conditioning. You are abusing customers and your staff because it's in a black area. It's disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
