Terrible srvice from the call center

<p>I called the call center to try and report a fault and was transffered from one department to the next. After spending hours on the phonei couldnt even speak to the manager as they refused to come on the line to assist and i still havent been able to log a fault. i would like someone who has some authority to contact me so that i may explain the entire debacule to. I even have voice recordings to prove how ridiculous their service is.</p>
