Terrible signal in our area in Laudium

Good day. Please assist urgently and advise if there are any network issues in our area on Laudium. Please provide me with an email address where I can send you my address. Other areas of Laudium seems ok for now, but the area I stay in , we have such bad cellphone signal, Wifi Signal and Landline signal and all contracts are with Telkom.
