Terrible signal and *********** staff

<p>I have joined Telkom mobile in September 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my dismay everytime I walk into a Telkom shop (specifically Brooklyn Mall), I get the wrong information.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phone calls do not come through. I have to try to get through to someone more than 3 times.</p> <p>I get sms's three to four days later, with old info, only to cause serious confusion.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to go back to Vodacom.......but I guess a 24 mnth contract is impossible to stop?</p>
