Terrible services

I had gone to a telkom store in the Ballito junction mall to take out a new data contract but wanted to cancel my existing contact first. So I did fill out the cancellation format and submit it . It's now well over 30days I have been debited again and when went back today to the store to once again take out a new data contract , well guess what my contact is still active. The help that I got from the store was just as ****ty as the person they called and asked me to speak to regarding my contract. This is such a inefficient service provider and clearly they don't care about customer retention. So now that I had taken time to go to the store to resolve this issue and buy another product of there's No ways will i deal with such a hopeless service provider again .I will just stop my debit order TO THE HELL WITH YOU TELKOM
