Terrible Services

<p>Sent in a letter to terminate my services on the 20th of April 2016 and was advised it takes 21 working days. Today is the 20th of June that makes it two months, nobody has contacted me I’ve been sent from pillar to post. I called the call centre again i was on the line for over 40mins holding for a supervisor, finally spoke to one by the name of Miriam Mo****di who assured me she has escalated the issue and somebody will contact me soonest. Another week has past, no email/call/sms from Telkom. What a horrible service you have at the call centre that gives me an impression that im clearly not the only person who’s being treated this way, clearly somebody out there isn’t doing their jobs, the jobs that i as customer pay you to do on a monthly service, how will i be credited for the mess you created?? Got no help from your twitter account even. very useless. </p>
