Terrible service, yet again. Zero Rating.

<p>After several walk ins, phone calls, emails, and banging my head against the wall, Telkom proves once again how terrible their customer service is. My cellphone contract is still veing pushed back, for 2 damn months!!! Something that should have taken 20 minutes! Their service is appaling. And after several enquiries, all i get it ' your enquiry has been sent to our mobile team' ... Do they not realise what a slap in the face that is? The mobile assistance for Telkom is even worse!!!</p>
