Terrible Service Yet Again

Hi

I've been to the Telkom Store at Cresta - submitted my request to the manager who said he'll action, I've emailed my account closure form to the email address on the form, I've contacted the call centre and I still dont have confirmation that all my services have been cancelled and that my account is closed. I need to cancel ADSL and Land Line.

To be honest, I havent experienced any worse service than from Telkom.
