Terrible service with Telkom

We have an existing phone contract, when we took the contract we was promised 2 speakers we only got 1... We have been contacting telkom since we took this contract with no joy at all, we've always been promised a callback but nothing... The price for the contract was 518 but on our bill shows a totally different amount... Fed up with this poor service!!!!
