Terrible service with Telkom

On the 25th of May I app**** for a mobile contract online, I got a call later that day from an agent (the whole application process). 5 days later one called me to tell me if I was approved or not after many hours of holding finally I managed to get myself a "your account will be debited" sms, the debit only went through on the 6th of May.

Today is the 18th and still after many hours of holing I'm told that they are out of stock. This is ridiculous, why do I have to make a call for an update its almost a month without the phone.
