TERRIBLE SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMS

It's been almost two weeks since I submitted the required documents for my lost cellphone claim. The only time I receive feedback is when I call which I have been doing so countless times doing follow ups, basically chasing them around!!!! I've paid the access amount but to this day I have not received any feedback and now when I call them the call drops. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SO ***********!!! I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY MONTHLY PREMIUM ON TIME, I'VE NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT AND NOW I MUST STILL USE MY RESOURCES FOR A CLAIM. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I DESPERATELY NEED A PHONE!!!!
