Terrible Service, Vincent Branch Telkom (East London)

I am extremely disappointed with how Telkom (Vincent Park ) is unable to provide feedback as to why our router has not been upgraded. My partner went to upgrade from the 80GB to unlimited simply because I am using more data due to me working from home. Up until today the router has not been upgraded and we went to the store again on the 22nd April and we were told that due to system upgrades some functions are affected this is after us visiting the Walmer Park store on the 20th and they also couldn't assist. Nobody is able to provide answers and this has affected me a lot as I was forced to purchase more data due to the inconvenience received after requesting an upgrade. I am not sure if this will be completed as noone is able to give us a clear indication of whether the router can be upgraded to unlimited data or what must happen. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated by this level of incompetence received. As if that was not enough while we were at the store we decided let's take up new phones, we arrived past 9 in the morning only to leave midday past 1 without the phones after waiting several hours the consulted did a courtesy of delivering the phones herself and brought an additional SIM stating that she loaded 15GB just to ensure I get to work for few days, I doubt she loaded 15GB as that data didn't even last for a day. I ended up hot spotting from the new SIM from the new phones that was loaded with 20GB for the promotion. I was able to use my phone, laptop and TV and the data wasn't finished hence I am saying the consultant did not load 15GB on the SIM she brought, I sent her a message asking when will the router be upgraded, she never responded, I am completely shuttered by this level of treatment from Telkom and the impact it has on my daily work as I require to have data. Can this be resolved ASAP or otherwise Telkom can cancel the deal and we look for another service provider that can offer an unlimited deal to us
