terrible service, time to leave telkom

I have reported our internet down on the 25 of Nov 2019. a week later after a lot of calls to the call centre we are still waiting. This is a business line and we had no emails for over a week. Telkom don't care. Ref 50crk251119 We contacted technician Thomas and he said he has no complaint from us
