Terrible Service there by the contract cancellations

Telkom failed to cancel a month-to-month contract I had because their systems apparently couldn't cancel contracts, then they go on to debit my account. Every month would get debited but the contract can't be cancelled. Then I reverse the debit orders and their systems are able to suspend my account. All this while, I am still being debited on the suspended account and they still can't cancel the contract.
