Terrible service the "norm" at Telkom

Spoke to Lifa Rainey from Telkom on the online chat service, and wasn't even able to rate the ****py service received. all I need is help to see my data usage and they were so unhelpful. three chats and 2 calls to the automated system and no help. worse than dealing with the government
