Terrible service Telkom!!! What am I paying for?

<p>Very slow internet since around 22h00 last night (less than 1 mps). Called the Telkom Call Centre this morning, when my call was re-directed to faults, I waited for 20 mins then hung up. The service is shocking! Wake up Telkom.</p>
