Terrible Service - Telkom Express Cresta

I would like to register a formal complaint about the branch manager of the Telkom express store in Cresta. The store managers name is Horward Keteo.

I went into one of your stores (Telkom Express Cresta) to follow-up on a billing query and was met with hostility, terrible attitude, and sarcasm. The store managers name is Horward Keteo.

Instead of directing me to the relevant department for assistance the store manager referred to me as being dumb and continuously told me that he would not help me.

I then went to another Telkom store where I got assistance and was referred to the relevant department. He did not even know any of the relevant information that was needed to be able to assist me.

It is unreceptive that a customer is dealt with in this way. Especially one that was wronged by Telkom.
