Terrible service Telkom Brookside PMB

Terrible service from Telkom. Went in to Brookside express store a few months ago and someone there added on a bundle i didnt ask for. Now that im asking for a refund i am told no. Have logged queries and having no luck with them. The store is not being held accountable at all for their mistake and now i am out of pocket for R1000. Would not recommend.
