Terrible service Telkom

Terrible service I have been trying to cancel my LTE since April 2018. I have called in and send forms in, REF : ********** 0 on the 28th of July and ********** 4 on th 23d of August Call in now on the 4th of Oct and left holding on for more than an hour for a lady called ajnda.

I have emailed and no reply

I have reversed the last to debit orders because i will not pay when i have asked for this services to be cancelled.
