Terrible service -Telkom

I have been a Telkom customer for years. This is not the first time I have had an issue with my internet. To add to my problems my phone line is crackling so badly that i can't even hear anyone on the other side and my internet speeds are very slow. I did phone through to Telkom and explain my problem about my line crackling and my line being slow and was given a reference number. I was asked to leave my details and was told that a technician will get back to me and the techinician assured me that my internet that will be up and running. I'm in a situation where I can't even use my house telephone at all,let alone my internet. I seem to paying for a service that I can't even utilise!!!!!! Only God knows when my phone line and internet will get sorted out...
