Terrible Service Telkom

<p>I have had no Internet for the past 3 months - I have had service for 3 days in the entire 3 months I have phoned at least 30 times. I have to wait a week for a technician and then it works for a few hours and then it's down again.</p> <p>YES my router has been checked at a telkom store YES they have reset my passwords - this is totally unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned on Tuesday for a technician and Iam still waiting</p>
