Terrible service Telkom!!

I have logged a call regarding phone line on the 15th of January. I am so tired of hearing a technician is busy working on it. I have sent e-mails to the escalation centre, guess what? No response on any of my e-mails. I am really at my wits end trying to get someone who knows what is going on...It is pathetic the level of service. But come billing me for service, then you want your money???
