terrible service taken into a whole new level

<p>About four weeks ago I logged a complain about and its service, my account could not be paid for due *********** staff at telkom even though admitting to have been wrong nothing was done about the matter. Four weeks later no one has responded to my complain from TELKOM. Terrible service taken into a whole new level, I mean bad service now has new meaning at TELKOM</p>
