Terrible service - still no response

<p>Please investigate reference number AI ********** .</p> <p>It's been more than 3 weeks and I still haven't received the promised call from the Telkom home division. I am greatly disappointed as no effort was made to assist me despite my complaint. This lack of service is terribly disappointing. I expected much more from a company of the ilk of Telkom. Pathetic customer service. </p>
