Terrible service - ****a shop is better

O the 4th of February I went to their store to apply for a laptop contract I as I have seen advertised by the store on the books fetched the previous day. I left the documents for approval and the had promised to call me should I get rejected/approved AND THEY NEVER DID. For me to know, I had to go to them since they were not picking. They told me that I was approved and will get the 10th and they promissed to call agai. Again they never did, on the 12th I sent my sister to their store and was told that they will call me. THEY NEVER DID. I was lucky on the 17th that the lady pickup the phone and promised to make a folloup and call me back, SHE NEVER did.<br> It is now the 23rd and I have not heard anything, all I need is my documents so I can go somewhere else, clearely my business is not needed. TELKOM SUCKS
