Terrible service!!! ****

Telkom is a ****!!!!!!

I bought a router and two months doen the lune i wanted to have more data from 10g. They told me I can only do that after 6months of having it

After the 6months i went to increase my deal to 40gig, from 139 to 299.

Only to find out i was helped by *********** staff that apparently chose the wrong option and has not made me obligated to pay R214 MORE and additional to R299.

How absured is this????

I went back to the store and asked the sane person what charge is it because when i upgraded i tolf them i do NOT want Surprises and to tell ne how much will i be paying going forward and he assured me R299!! When i asked him about the additional money he was clueless and instead gave me an attitude!. Here i am again, i Recieved a statement that includes the same amount again on top of R299 and i am not willeto pay if because there was NO TRANSPARENCY.

I cannot pay more than R500 for a 40g deal!

I logged a complain 2 eeeks back and was given a reference number and told i would be called within 24hours and ecen now!!!

I'm totally disappointed and would like to CANCEL and have NOTHING to do with telkom ANYMORE!

I'm livid, how do you even dothis to your clients it's totally unacceptable!!
