Terrible service - sales

<p>Good day. I app**** for a contract 11 August 2016. I received a case number on 12 August and on 14 August received an sms saying the case was resolved. When I went into the store they said unfortunately they are still waiting. Tried calling the customer care; my wife tried reporting on Facebook and even the online chat service but it's been a week and no word from anyone. If this is the service going in what is it going to be like once you've locked the customer into a contract?!</p>
