Terrible service received from Telkom

Hi , So I place an order online an a agent called me back took all my details and told me its pre approved on the 13/03 . It was for 2 contracts .. the 1st one was a sim for 80gb @199 and the 2nd one was for a sim for 80gb and a mifi router @269 pm. The sent an SMS that I should have funds about as they will debit my account. On the 16/03 my account was debited for both contracts..I called after 3 weeks cause I didn't receive my contracts and they response was it is still in the que . Called again in may and they told me the same thing .. called end of may it was the same thing that is in the line for processing . The agents are of no help at all it's been 3 months and I still havent received it when I call to ask for a refund for the amount that was debited nobody can assist me with that aswell.. telkoms services it ridiculous especially customer service as nobody can assist without anything
