Terrible service received from telkom

Since june last year when i took out my contract, i hsve had endless problems! Telkom not debitting my account and then coming to vhwrge me R202 for failed debit orders! I have sent proof of my bank statement showing they did not debit and the money was in my account, they ***** my data and cant say why ots jus disappeared when i call... I ask to speak to a manager and no one calls me! I dont know how many times i have requested to speak to a manager and every consultant i speak to does not transsfer me to a manager. The agents are rude. I advised i want rhis policy cancelled and want to speak to a manager and nothing happens! Terrible service i would never use telkom again or refer it to friemds and family..
